I ordered an iced latte and a warmed up almond croissant. The iced latte was terrible made, unbalanced (too much coffee). The almond croissant cannot be called "almond croissant" , it is just a regular croissant with a few crunched almonds on top. No almond flavor, no filling. And mushy, not crunchy, not a real "croissant" as it should be. I complained about it and the attendants don't understand they are representing the company, their only excuse was "it's not our fault, we don't make them". I had to explain to not take my complaint personally but that they are behind the counter to speak on behalf of the company to a consumer. Lack of training. Lack of preparation, and this was my first time ever I had a bad experience at a Foxtail coffee. I feel this chain will be in the Starbucks descent direction if the lack of training and bad products keep being offered. What a waste. And not cheap!

Got served by a guy named Victor. He truly was so kind and sweet I had to come say if you ever have the pleasure of getting served by him, trust me your day will become 10x more wonderful! The chai he made me was also delicious :) Its too bad the store generally is running out of things and has so little help.

We didn't order any food. The service was great. Seating outside was great. The coffee was awful. I don't think the coffee being awful had anything to do with the barista, but to do with the beans used. Very acidic and honestly tasted like bad truck stop coffee. Would not recommend if you are a coffee connoisseur. The price point was more than Starbucks. $16.00 for the large (SB grande) before tipping. Unfortunate, because its within walking distance from my home and was hoping to be a frequent flier.

Terrible experience. I had to ask for my filter coffee to be changed THREE times because it kept coming out cold. Getting a hot cup of coffee shouldn't be this difficult. Definitely not coming back.

Coffee quality is spectacular. Staff is laid-back, conversational, and goes above and beyond to get you your ideal order. They're all very helpful when asking questions about the menu. Great spot to pick up a quick drink, but not spacious enough if you're looking for a third space to study/work. I'd visit more often if the cafe was bigger.
